Default "Dwarf" Snakehead fish... Legal or not legal?

    0 Not allowed!
I just wanted to get a direct answer to this simple question... I'm well aware of all the illegalities of the Snakehead, especially living in South Florida. However, there is a lot of conjecture as to wether or not the "dwarf" snakehead species is indeed legal to own. Anyone out there know if this is true or not? Can I have my own dwarf here in Miami FL? If so, any idea as to where to find them to purchase? Thank you all.

Hopefully you'll be able to get someone who knows about it well, but I looked it up and this site said that all species of Florida snakeheads are illegal to own-
