So, I'm hoping I'm wrong. But without explaining the situation just yet I am hoping for an ID on a group of synodontis and another fish. Could someone give me a positive ID on these? I'm sincerely trying to remain as vague as possible as to not sway anyone's answer I'm not clueless... But I am disappointed in my lfs.

first fish looks like a Synodontis angelicus. Second fish looks like a Chinese algae eater.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. Was hoping I was wrong especially considering I'd ordered synodontis nigriventris through the lfs and ask for SAE or flying fox and got the CAE. Neither of which I have room to accommodate. And as I'm over 200 miles from another lfs I'll be ordering online moving forward.

That said the CAE and what I presume are synodontis eupterus are available to anyone willing to pay shipping. I'll buy the materials. There are 5 eupterus, one is missing a pectoral fin due to the CAE. He does fine without it fat happy and swims like it's still there. To that anyone who doesn't want him but will take the other 4 I'm willing to accommodate the one only as I know some people don't want a less than perfect fish in their aquarium. The other 4 eupterus must go together though.

Apologies. Would be from Northern NV, US and I'm willing to drive for meeting and drop off up to a point as well. I sincerely wish these fish their best chance.... I am just not a permanent home for them.
