    Default how do i know if i got rid of all the ich?

    hello everyone! about a week ago i bought a black moor to help cycle my 24 gal. aquarium at a local chain pet store (i had a guppie in there cycling for almost a week before i got him) but 4 days ago i discovered he had ich! so i started to treat it and he got better pretty fast. today i went to check on him and i did not find any ich on him. but i was wondering how long it would be until i could get another fish without worrying about the ich spreading? (im planning on getting a ranchu and a red cap to put in with him and i have a back up tank for when they get bigger) thanks!
