I am also sorry to hear about the issues with your tank. Believe me, I know how heartbreaking and frustrating it can be, especially when you are not sure of the exact cause.
As Rocksor stated, Furan-2 and Jungle Fungus Clear (JFC) are basically the same product but JFC is more cost effective (cheaper). Furan-2 is almost twice the cost. This is very helpful especially when you have a large tank.

    According to the packages:
Furan-2 is to be repeated in 24 hours. Wait another 24 hours then do a 25% WC. Repeat this treatment for a second time for a total of 4 doses.

JFC Second dose may be added in 4 days after a 25% WC.

So far so good, it has been 6 days since any casualties. We are hoping for the best, but we are still seeking to optimize their care by improving their food and any of the products that we use for the tank. We thought all was good, but it seems as if there is always more to learn.

I've been keeping fish for almost 15 years, seriously into the hobby for 6 years, and there is ALWAYS something new to learn, the learning never stops! I'm happy things have finally calmed down for you.

Thank you, everyone! We will be receiving our water hardness test kit soon and also looking into the RO water from the fish store, in addition to improving their food. We are also waiting patiently (kinda) for our new quarantine tank to cycle. It has been a little over a week, using Dr. Tim's, and there is still high ammonia levels (normal at this time, I understand).
Also, I am interested in a betta tank (with shrimp, only if compatible), after more researching and preparing.

Thank you, everyone. It has been 8 days and all fish are alive and acting normally. Based on recommendations, we are going to be using different products to maintain a healthier tank: water hardness test kit, RO water from LFS, wonder shells, improved food sources, etc.

We are also keeping a detailed journal of both tanks, recording all relevant data, including parameters, water changes, and any other changes. I love this idea and wished I thought of it earlier.
