    Treat for the whole tank amount, 1/2 cap Prime is fine for now....even though you should be treating the bucket amount, you can dose up to 5X the recommended amount of Prime with no ill effects (according to Seachem, anyway)

    Run some clean water in the buckets before refilling in the future.

    Main concern now is getting that ammonia amount down.

    Test again in 24 hours, after the water change.
