The scary thing here is, this bloke not only got hold of your dads email address, but he also found who his sons are and there emails, how much other personal stuff does this bloke know about your family?

How can you dupe a paypal account? They make 2 deposits into your banking account and you have to confirm those deposits before they will even open an account for you. I think I got lost somewhere here.

The guy sent me another email today, It was something to the effect of "I suppose I could do with $1500. I'll need you to send it as quick as you can"
So, I am going to send him a fake link, with a keylogger. The keylogger remembers all of the keys that he presses. I will figure out what he changed my dads email address password to, and then I'll take it back.Money can't buy happiness, but it sure can pay the rent.

Members user names are just picked out and this email spam is sent to them in the hopes they can get your personal information. They can not hack into your account or would already have that information.

You really, really need to contact the fraud department at PayPal and pass this email onto them. They do have investigaters that track those messages down. Make sure you send them the entire email with the tracking code.
