    Question Light Motion Sensor

I've been looking at some of the cool projects people have been doing with the Arduino Controllers. I was just thinking of some ideas and I saw one of the beginner tutorials was setting up a motion detector to a light. I was wondering if setting up this feature for a fish tank would be irritable for the fish. For instance, if I were to do this I would set it up with the tank that is in my bedroom so if someone were to walk into the room, the tank lights would come on for roughly 10 to 15 minutes after initial motion triggering. Do you think that this would be aggravating to the fish? I would also set up windows of time in which the sensor would be able to go off (so the fish tank isn't turning on in the middle of the night). Just an idea I thought I'd run by you guys and gals

It would spook the fish. You would need a light that would slowly illuminate the room over a period of 30 minutes.

Any progress? I'd love to buy one if there's any still available? We might also implement the concept at NDR Electric if there's a market for it.
