Default Hi, I'm a Newbie Betta owner with a question

Hi my Betta is a Juvenile I got him as a tiny thing at the end of August.

He/She (not sure of the gender of Nemo/A) is in a 5.5gallon tank by himself with a Anubias plant. Preset heater to 80*F. Use prime on my tap water. A whisper filter for up to 10 gallons I think.
Anyone have any idea what this thing on his head is? Should I be worried?IMG_0888.jpgIMG_0888.jpg

He's eating well, it looks like some thin clearish/whiteish thing on him? but it's not a dot so I don't think it's ich. Water Parameters are always 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate, 0nitrite, and good alkalinity w a ph of 6.8-7

Does the white mark stand off the body? Is it like a thread or a strand?
Or is it just a white patch on the body surface? Sorry, but the photos aren't very sharp.
If you didn't add anything to the tank in the last few weeks, ich would be very unlikely.
Small asymmetrical white marks may just be minor injuries like a lost scale or a scrape. If it doesn't get worse I wouldn't worry too much.
