Mac's Custom 83g Restart.

Hey guys,
As some of you have more than likely seen I have recently become active again on this forum.
So I thought I may as well bring in a journal for this.
Anyway for a fast fill in. Here are is a photo to get every one unto speed.

Basic's are the tank did its fish less cycle.
Plant list I will need to update. Everything is mail order with plants, so I just need to check emails for that.
As for the stocking Bronze Cory 9.
The next lot of stocking is 7 times Rummy Nose Tetras. This is soon to be lifted up to be higher number around 15.
The last lot of schooling fish is Head and Tail Light tetras 7 times.
Right now I am waiting on the the tank to well and truely mature before I go for the final stages of some hatchet fish.
So now you guys have seen the basic work time to push for with new things.
I will keep you all updated.

The tank looks great Mac!
When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.
I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Dear naps, sorry I hated you so much when I was a child... Love me

Hey guys,
As promised the plant list.
Brasiliensis chain sword
Crypt walkeri lutea
Rotala wallichii
rotala rotundifolia
Barths Sword
Hygrophila sun set
Hydrocotyle leucocehala
Now just a matter of time to spread these out to the areas I am wanting then of course the normal swap change to suit the ideal lay-out.
Main thing is if I dnt like anything my breeding tank plan is a going ahead.
So feel free to ask questions or give hints ect.

Given up trying to do photos. I can't get them to suit the size that is required. But youtube is very very easy to work.
Anyway up date.
Firstly the next lot of rummy nose arrive at the LFS on friday for me to pick up. Total will be 17 rummy nose.
Also last friday I picked up a Bolivian Ram male the other day to add to the collection. He is very out going individual that is for sure. Also he is slowly starting to give colour. Hope that in the next few months once some of my plans come together in the types of plants I have chosen for the back ground, he will come more alive with some subdued lighting from plant shade.
So far weekly water change. Monthly filter clean. Water parameters are stable. End of each water change dose of ferts, though at this stage I am 50/50 on the API product. To me Seachem Flourish is way better.
The only issue I have is I want the crypts to grow slightly faster.

Ditto I'm going to order some for my biotope soon !
Well I'm going to try the false rummy's actually.
Nice call on the ram this will leave plenty of room to add to your school of characins. The rams are very inquisitive as you probably noticed always up front following you around as you move passed the tank or while your working on something.
