Post a pic would love to see it

Would the Pivelcachromis Pulcher? It seems peaceful and is recommended with most of what I had in mind.

Well here you go. I wasn't quite sure if you meant the fish or the dog staring at the fish so I jut went with both. IMG_8182.jpgIMG_8291.jpgIMG_8374.jpg

kribensis would be a good choice. You could have a good group in a 76 gallon or a pair with plenty of room for other schooling fish plus some corys

Thanks for all the help you guys gave me, it truly helped in building this tank! Sorry I stopped responding, I had gone to visit my friends in Southern California and this site slipped my mind for a bit. Anyway I figured I'd tell you what my thoughts for the stock based on all of this.
    1 Pleco of questionable species
    8 Neon Tetra
    6 Peppered Cory Cats
    8 Cherry Barbs
    1 Honey Golden Gourami
And a Pair of Pulcher Cichlids

So far the Neons, Gourami and Cories are all in and getting along with the Pleco and with each other swimmingly. Though apparently the tank is at the right conditions for the Cories to breed.

Wow... It's been so long since I've been on this sight.
The tank has changed quite a bit as has the stocking. I had to donate the little Cories cause they bred so much that 6 turned into 32. They actually managed to bully the foot long Pleco we have. We installed an undergravel filter and swapped the Cories spot for Harliquin Rasboras.
    Currently there's:
Fat Boy the Common Pleco at 13 inches
    8 Neons(which started breeding...)
    8 Cherry Barbs
1 Panda Garra(Was suggested to help with the algae boom)
And 2 Golden Honey Gouramis... The male appears to be trying to court the female, they haven't tried biting each other at all.

WOW!! Those cory's must have hid their eggs well for that many to survive, I would have thought the pleco would have had a good meal on them. Can't go wrong with Harley's, good pick up. Your water most be fairly soft if the Neons are spawning. Please post more pictures or better yet a video of your tank.

I can upload the pics once I get them onto the computer. On a separate note my Cherry Barbs are breeding now as well. My friend has dubbed the tank "The Love Tank" hahaha.
