Default Best time to add Pearl Gouramis to tank?

I have a new 75G that should definitely be cycled and re-verified by Monday of next week. On my stocking list I have 5 Pearls. Is it OK to add these with the first group (along with some Cardinal and HY511 tetras) or is it better to wait another month and add with the next group? The other top water level fish on my stocking list are Congos and possibly some Black Neons. This will be a community tank with tetras, corys and maybe some Glolight Danios. If I don't add the Pearls in the first batch I will add Black Phantoms instead and add the Pearls later.
I remember reading on someone's thread about their Pearls and how they adapted to having new fish being introduced later but I can't remember what they suggested.
    What are you thoughts?

I think you could go either way adding them 1st or 2nd. My single Pearl is not happy with change but does adapt in time. They will probably react differently as a group so this opinion doesn't amount to much. I would say it's personal preference?

Healthy pearl gourami and very hardy fish, so I agree with Deb on this one, it's your preference Sil. It'll be fun to see Congos and Pearls in the same tank.
