    Power feeding is feeding your fish high protein foods every couple of hours every day. People do it because they think it makes the fish grow faster. It is not really all that great for the fish though. Also, all the extra food creates extra wastes which foul the water. Often, when people feed their fish like this, they have to do daily water changes to keep the water clean enough for the fish.
    When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher

    I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
