Very nice and that little girls is indeed a cutie and so teeny, even the Red phantoms looked big next to her ;-)

I'm not sure Boundava, personally I've only kept one pair -once- before. They bred for me, but I don't feel they are prolific as compared to kribensis or other non-SA dwarf cichlids, but really, I'm still learning!

Lol I know! I thought they were bigger last time? I never had them in my 120g with tetras though. She had already laid a clutch of unfertilized eggs while she was in the 10g. I didn't think she was old enough to produce eggs even. I'll get a better idea of size when I add the male, I guess.

Hopefully they are longer-lived than I think!

Here's a vid of the tank late last night. I don't think any fish knew I was there, it was dark all around, so natural behaviour is always fun to watch. I'm still moving hardscape and plants (slightly) in attempt to create more territories.

In the video, my white platinum angelfish are checking out the amazon sword plants in the center of the tank for spawning. Territory is still pretty much up for grabs, but both female and male platinum angelfish are defending these sword plants. You will also notice the hatred between the two platinum angelfish males. You won't miss that-guarenteed...just keep watching.

At the end of the vid, it's pretty dark, but there is a pair of blue angelfish checking out the 'new' territory on the right side. The male blue angelfish makes sure he is the only male on that side.

I posted the video also to show that angelfish aren't always 'angels'. A large tank is a must for multiple specimens, and if a pair is housed in a 20g high (which is the minimum recommended size for an angelfish pair), they better like eachother!

Pls could someone let me know if this video is viewable? If it isn't, I'll upload it to youtube

It's viewable, but you have to click through a splash screen to get to the vid

That's a beautiful tank, and the angels are pretty, but like you say, they can be aggressive, like alot of cichlids

I find that just uploading them to Youtube then linking them here is the easiest.

Its a good looking ram. I'd love to have a 120g to play with. Congrats on getting her settled in!
