I think it's sort of acts like a sterilizer, like releasing oxygen for 30 seconds every hour or something. The manufacture is pretty vague how it works and I have my doubts, but I decided to try it anyway to see if I notice a difference in my 120g.

SO if anyone is interested in hearing/seeing results, I'll update

I also finally received a pump for my water changes. I have yet to try it out since I was waiting to receive it first before I went to find tubing, but i'm happy that I actually received something that looks nice. I like it that it draws water from underneath and says it has a 2 meter height, so I think it will work to make water changes easier and more convenient.
This is the one I got

I love my pump for water changes and recently upgraded. Do you know how many GPH this one is rated at? What’s the tube ID?

Trust your instincts. You have good ones. I believe in the power of your gut thoughts on what you observe.

Did you move all your fish around like you wanted?
