Default Guppy Fish stands less active at the top - open and closes mouth but not like Gasping

I am new to fishes and I bought a 10G fish tank ran it for 2 days with filter and tetra aqua plus Air conditioner. Yesterday morning bought two Male guppy fishes and both were very good , swimming actively initially. But later, one of the fish always stayed at the top and after reading many forums, I thought that the other guppy is very dominant and it kind of attacks the other one. So i bought a Mesh freeder and put the less active fish to this. But even then, it always stays at the top but when i go near to the tank it swims and immediately comes to teh same position. It is also not eating.

I am very much afraid and please help me with your inputs. I am changing water every day and added tetra aqua plus for every water change. my water test is good. Please help

"my water test is good" - what are you testing, and what allowed you to say it's good?

2day old tank? You're not even cycled yet. There's some good stickies in this category on the initial steps to take before buying fish. I'd return the two male fish, wait 6 weeks and come back to it after the Nitrogen Cycle is in effect. Research the nitrogen cycle.
