Quick update on fry. They're now around 2-2.5". Vid has 2 different sets of fry in it.

Congratulations, thats a lot of fry...I am assuming you are selling them? How much longer will the adults tolerate them before they become a snack?

Yes selling them. Parents will probably allow them to be in there to around 3". Some are getting close to that already. Fry are already eating each other. Don't have a tank right now to put them into although, they'd kill each other at a faster rate if I did that.

Is this around the size you sell them? I am surprised that they eat each other...I would think they were too close in size to be a option.

They'll start killing each at 3/4 of an inch. The're still a few small fry left (1") in there. You can tell which one is eating the fish due to its size. There's a fish in there probably close to 3". Looked pregnant . Knew right away it started eating the small ones first.
Ones of simile size they'll just shred. Found one with a missing gill plate yesterday. Found one around 1" with 1 eye and half a face.

    These fish are brutal

Then the (?) Male gets it in the end. Do they stop this when they are all more/less the same size?

The female was the one that got it. She spits it out to see if it swims away and it doesn't. She takes it lol.

These guys don't stop at all. 2 fry At 2.5" will kill each other in a 90g. Possibly in a 180g. I know for sure at 3.5" they'll kill each other in a 180g.
