Thanks, Marty. The tank is still quite young and I expect a lot of good growth as it matures out. There are a lot of smaller SPS in the tank waiting to grow into a nice colony and fill out the tank. I'm totally out of real estate in the tank now if I envision what they will look like.

:) Years and years ago I thought I might like to give it a try - before I knew how much was involved. I really love the colors and the beauty of a saltwater tank.

There are much simpler tanks that you can do. It is not much more difficult than a freshwater if you want to give it a shot down the line.

Anyone on this forum who is dedicated to their freshwater aquarium, does the ample research for it, and has more money to invest into a saltwater aquarium can do it...

To make saltwater fish (FOWLR) simple let me put it in two words, rock & flow.

and then comes exact flow, rock structure, order of fish added, type of fish, food requirements, and compatibility. saltwater fish are harder than coral hahaha. Ooops. Salt has it's technicalities but simple tanks exist.

Nothing really new to report, just changed one of the external pumps to a stronger model. It's now quieter and stronger. I like the extra flow that the corals are getting.
