    What and where....?

Surely you don't have pond snails... Don't you have like hundreds of Assassins? Or are the ALL contained in your 40? Time to call out the army.

    Well...

You may have read in my 29G thread, where the two insatiable love-bird mystery snails reside, there have been two egg clusters laid so far...the first, I disposed of....the second?...Lauren was home, and insisted we try to hatch them.

Had a semi-bad experience doing that long ago in the 10G, so I said no way, not in the tank at least.

So we took the clutch and put it onto a net, over water, in a lidded Tupperware bowl that you see in the pic.

I ended up taking the net out, because somehow the clutch attached itself to the lid.

Put it on a top shelf, and forgot about it.

Happened to look at it today (it's been a few weeks, I think), and you see what I saw...the rest is history....most, if not all, are crawling around, so they're alive

Your's truly should think before he acts, sometimes

Lauren is at bio-dad's this weekend...but I thought she'd be tickled to know that they hatched, so I sent her a pic.

She replied YAYYYYYYYYYYY, whatever that means

She's making bio-dad drive all the way over here, to Mrs. Slap's school/classroom, and is going to snag the 5G that hermit crabs used to be in

    Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Awesome! Do you have anything you can grow them out in?

Did you learn from what happened last time and how to not let that happen again...? Was there something about adding egg shells to the water, or am I misremembering? I think you determined it was a calcium deficiency, right?
