    On thursday Im going to visit family for 3-4 days about 6 hours away. I have no one to feed my oscar. So i was wondering if i fed him on thursday, ill be gone friday, saturday, and come back sunday will be be ok? Ill be able to feed him on sunday. you think 2 days is too long?

    No, he'll be fine. Healthy fish can go for up to two weeks without food and come out just as healthy.
    55g: 1 Severum, 1 Raphael Catfish, 1 Syno Catfish

    5g: adopted goldfish..

    2.5g: crowntail betta

    Like everyone else has said, he'll be fine. One thing I like to do before leaving for a couple of days is to do a water change like the night before leaving. Better safe than sorry!
    Freshwater since 1998, saltwater since 2000.
    6 FW tanks, 1 SW tank.
