    You actually get a double win on this trade as I assume the angels will now go into the 60g. Six of them in a 40 is just too tight. Even the 60 may be too small as they mature. Are these still juvie angels? You need another friend with a 125g tank just sitting around!

    Ya the angels will go in the 60 and my 4 original juveniles that I had and 2 adults

    Bluegill shoal in the wild but that means keeping 6 together. If you get the 125 I would do 6 of them or mix and match something like red breasted sunfish and a florida gar.

    And the 1 year was missing...it's doubtful that the OP can keep those particular fish healthy for 10+ years in that size of a tank.
