    Default Powerheads for mbunas

I was looking to get two powerheads to eliminate dead spots in my new 75 gallon mbuna aquarium. A guy at the store recommended that I get 2 Koralias with a flowrate of 1150 gph each. I thought that was a little much and believed 750 is probably more appropriate. What is the right flowrate ? I was hoping to get two.

I don't have any powerhead in my mbuna tank. I don't guess I have ever heard of needing them until now.. I have a 40B with a sponge filter and a fluval underwater filter. My acei and maingano seem happy.
