Default New tank - cloudy after Fluval cycle?

    0 Not allowed!
I've got a new 60L freshwater tank that I've put JBL Aquabasis substrate in, followed by a layer of gravel.
Aquarium has no fish in and I've treated the water with aquasafe and also cycled with Fluval Cycle. There are also a few of the standard plants in it - micro sword, anacharis.

Tanks has been going for just over a week - the fluval cycle finished 3 days ago.

I've noticed that after the cycle the water is not crystal clear - its almost cloudy, not completely, but def. not clear.

Done one 10% water change and tested - Ph 6.5, 0 ammonia, 5 Nitrate, 0 Nitrite.
    Water temp is 22C

Any ideas how I can clear the water up, or will it just come right after more water changes? Do you think it is safe to populate with fish now?

Update: Some more reading and I think I've answered my own question. Just wait :)

This explains the cycle and cloudy issue well.
