    I wanted to add to this thread because I'm not getting much feedback in the plant section (hope this is okay)...but my crypt plant (in the front) is COVERED in some weird film/fuzz. I have no idea what to do for it. The other plants seem fine. :(

    That is extremely strange looking! Never seen it before. I know Compass has a lot of experience with Crypts, I believe Slap might have experience too but not 100% sure on that one. Hopefully one of them can weigh in.

    Looks like hair algae to me. Not uncommon in new set ups. A few questions:
    Are you cycling it at the moment?
    How long are the lights on?
    Are you dosing any fertiliser?
    Are you changing any water?

    Hard to tell for sure but looks a little like hair algae. I had a bit of hair algae one time when I switched to a dry fert. It was easy to remove with tweezers and I just stopped the ferts and it didn't return. But my plants were in a healthier state than this one seems to be. But don't toss the plant. See if you can remove whatever it is and give the plant some time to recover.
