No spawning behavior yet. I'm wondering if they're just slow or not gonna pair?

    I am not surprised.
Your fish are very skinny from whatever happened to them during their stay at the pet store, it will take a while before they even approach spawning condition. If you haven't treated for any internal parasites yet, I would highly recommend doing so as soon as possible.

As I also mentioned earlier, bolivian rams take their time. Chances are, your fish are mere juveniles and will need to mature quite a bit. When they are mature, healthy and if they have chosen each other, you will find that it isn't particularly hard to coax a bonded pair to spawn.

Just curious, I've never had Bolivians before. Do they usually stay close to the bottom (all pics are them are in the lower level) or do they use the entire tank?

They're getting bigger and are really starting to color up. Lots of red in the tail and yellow on their bodies!
