Yeah I've been googling this since I heard from him and can't find any evidence for it. On another forum someone said they'd seen a video of someone testing it by putting crypts in a blender and pouring them into a shrimp tank. No genocide ensued thereafter. Hmmm...I'm going to ask him where he heard this. I'm relieved as I love my crypts!

20 gal tall - 7 rasbora het,9 rummynose tetras, 1 nerite, 1 pc of spiderwood with java moss attached, 2 green crypto, 2 mossballs, java fern on driftwood with bronze crypto, 1 male betta - Khonsu
10 gal betta tank with 2 moss balls, 1 premium pineapple and blue half moon betta - Helios, 3 endlers livebearer males, 5 glowlight tetras, 1 rock with java moss, and 1 sponge filters connected to air pump, 1 aqueon quiet flow 20 filter, and a 100w colbalt accutherm heater
