I think it was this one..................

Not many video's of them out there.

Thanks for the link Lee. They are closely related to the Kerri.
This interests me cause the latest tank I set-up I went for red-white-blue SA. For the time being I settled with Bloodfins and Black neons because they were available at lfs and cheap. But I want a school of Kerri's or something similar with more blue-purple color. Im jus not sure my pH is low enough to risk high dollar shipping of desired species. My pH is 7.5. Do you think I could have success with Kerri's or these Red-Blue tetras of yours, or maybe just reg pHantoms?

I just want to re-iterate that Lee is one of my dearest friends here on the AC...and I'd be lost without his knowledge, help, and caring about helping me keep the happiest and healthiest tetras that I possibly can

But bless his heart, his videos are always terrible, the fish appear nothing even CLOSE to what he sees while sitting in front of that tank, the fish colors are way off, and he doesn't narrate...I'd like some narration

Anyway, love ya Lee, in my mind, your vids are spectacular....

The vids you find that others have made, the ones you share to introduce us to different fish, that is....

If your talking about "black phantom's"?, they would be your best bet with a pH that high, next would be the Kerri's, as long as slow acclimate they would do fine. If you go Kerri's see if you can find some "super blue", a darker blue version of the regular fish, just found in a different location, even the females look good :)

Regular Emperors are a pretty hardy fish and in my top five of all time, you could do worse :)

Lookin' good Lee! I don't think the videos are terrible. To me they just seem to have a red overtone that kind of dumbs down some of the other colors in the tank. It might be your flourite reflecting back. Not sure. But the fish look great man!

My PH runs about 7.6 and I have Kerri's with black neon tetras without any issues. In fact, I found one kerri fry a while back hiding in the java fern. Since he's grown a bit he's now swimming with the adults
