Well today my female is going crazy. She goes to one spot and spins like crazy, almost like she's trying to get his attention but he's a little slow lol.

She is also drastically changing col9rs. Going from very full bright colors to almost pale dead looking. Here's to hoping they spawn soon!

Well I got to noticing my male won't leave the back of the tank. I thought great he's sick. Turns out there are eggs everywhere! They laid them in the gravel in the back of the tank behind a big plant.

Now what's gonna happen? They're all clearish brown like they're supposed to be. Hopefully they live. If they hatch can I just crush up flake food really tiny? Our lfs doesn't have anything for baby fish lol

What i ment to spell is baby brine shrimp. But if you have clean mason jar or two. Put tank.water in to.them with a clean fake plant. Put on lid and set in direct sun grow.algea on it for food for fry. It is a idea that might work. And crush flake food fine amd finer still like.powder.

Okay update time. The eggs have either hatched or been moved. I have a little cave in the tank and the male will now not leave from inside it. Keeping babies there maybe?

No sign of babies yet. My male is acting weird today. Just sitting on the gravel not hardly moving. Is this normal or is he all of a sudden sick? My female is acting just fine
