    Well if they are spawning that often they must be healthy and extremely happy so congrats! Usually fist only spawn when conditions are perfect for them. Well except guppies, I swear those things would spawn in oil if it was the only condition available.

    The fry actually eat the micro organisms in the moss and some algae if they have too.
