I am almost done cycling and want to know if this will work for stocking?

    1 x Bolivian Ram
    10 x Neon Tetra
    3 x Amano Shrimp
    2 x African Frogs

The tank has a aquaclear 50, driftwood and plants

That sounds like a great set. Is there any particular reason for the frogs?

I have had the frogs for about 3 years, 1 just recently died from what I assume was just natural causes. I don't want to look after two tanks right now as I'm too busy to commit to both so I was just going to move the frogs into the 20 gallon with everyone else

The frogs will without question eat the Neon Tetras and shrimp. I would get another ram. Frogs love to play in the plants.
    Wife's Tank
    20 Gallon tall
12 plants with dual T5's and dry ferts- Iron, Potassium and CO2
6-Pygmy Cories, 4-Red Wag Platys, 6-X-ray Tetras 1-Scissor tail guppy.

    My tank
    120 Gallon
with 2 Florida Atlantic Stingrays and 12 Mystery Snails- soon as our couch is delivered.

Just to be clear because I forgot to mention above they are dwarf frogs and not clawed if that makes and difference

A 20 gallon tall is too small for the Bolivian ram if you are looking at the long term picture, as they do get up to 3 full inches and should be kept in groups.
You could get a dwarf gourami instead, as they are best kept without the company of another.

The neon tetras should be fine, you could up your numbers to 20.

Amano shrimp are a great tropical community shrimp, you could keep up to 6 or 7.

I know absolutely nothing about the frogs, but if they keep to their own and don't get too big, they should be fine. Also, if the Amano shrimp are much larger than them, the Amanos could mess with them.

I looked into dwarf gourami but was scared away because I was told they would eat all my plants?

The frogs are full grown and the big one is about 2.5 inches while my smaller one is about 2 inches

Letting me know they were dwarf made a big difference. You should be fine.
