  1. Default Renting furnished office space?

So here's my situation I own a small business and am thinking about renting some office space that will come furnished. My question is do they rent out furnished office spaces with Aquarium...I want at least a 50 gallon but I know with this weird request beggars can't be choosers so I'll take what I can get but am I asking for too much?

Hmmm interesting question. I doubt it only because that would be a liability. Since it is a rental they don't know you from Adam and have no idea if you are the kind of person that could keep an aquarium properly. So things like water damage and electrical malfunctions are a concern.

You know what this tank needs? ........................ Crypts.

There are a lot of rented spaces around here that have aquariums setup, but they typically don't come furnished. I would suspect you'd be out of luck on this one. I think that if you wanted an aquarium, you'd have to either set one up in your furnished rental space (so long as the contract allows for it) or go unfurnished, which tends to allow for more custom options.

Yeah you both are probably right...bummers. My friend told me the other day to try and Google "rental officespace with aquarium" or search that on Officelist. And I don't know if you've ever tried to Google something that rare and specific but it's not fun going through that mess so I'll probably go the route of unfurnished and making sure the landlord is okay with me putting one in.

    Thanks again guys!
