    Default platy martial problems

I'm currently seeing my female Hawaiian platy chase the male away every time he swims out of the corner she's put him in.

She isn't showing any aggression towards the tetras in the tank, just her hubby.

Is this something to be concerned about?
Will adding a new female platy help with this situation?

If you have room in your tank it is best to have at least 2 female platy for each male platy. 3 females would be even better because the males can get quite aggressive and more females will spread out the aggression. I hope you are prepared for the population explosion you are about to have in your tank.
When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

Dear naps, sorry I hated you so much when I was a child... Love me
