    I use a tetra brand algae discs as well, but if you know something, better let me know.

    I use Omega One algae wafers. Really good stuff there. Give it to my cories once a week and they love it.
    Increasing your biodiversity increases your stability.

    You know what this tank needs? ........................ Crypts.

    Those used to be terrible but I think they changed the recipe not too long ago.

    PErosnally I gave up on finding a good staple. I feed some hikari algae wafers but also quite a lot of spirulina from the healthfood shop.

    I buy in bulk, kg+ lots, what I buy has no brand on the packet. So sorry, cant tell you what they are :(

    I'm having a hard time finding any here in Ottawa or even getting them from a supplier. The folks at Big Al's were also saying wow as I showed them the pictures. They're working on it and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    You might also find them sold as L-181, apparently the same species but different collection location. L-183's are more commonly available, and look pretty much the same, but they retain the white margins on dorsal and caudal fins when they mature.
