    Bit tricky to judge colours.

Hmm.. well it's obviously a cichlid. I'm inclined to say it's an apistogramma. What size is it? Behaviour?

Really? I was thinking an African cichlid. Maybe a tropheus. But there are so many Africans that have blue bodies with yellow fins and black stripes I really have no clue what it could be exactly.
People say if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all... Then they wonder why am I so quiet.
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

I'll have to vote African as well. Though I'm not up on my cichlids.

Agreed with Mommy1 and Compass, that fish looks african.
IDing african cichlids down to species can be pretty hard, there are 100's of species that often look very similar. If I had to guess I would say
    Metriaclima greshakei.

Good guess there Mada. I always got aggravated when I'd go to a fish store and they would have one large tank full of cichlids and it would say "Assorted african cichlids." Well maybe I'd like to know which ones are which. lol

Its a blue color morph of a red zeba. Could be a tophoues but with the mouth and the body... its a zebra type.. Maybe a hongi.. At the end of the day, its an mbuna that gets about 4in at max and is very aggressive... vegitarian. BTW its also male...
