I was just looking for something for my empty 10 gallon.
Increasing your biodiversity increases your stability.

You know what this tank needs? ........................ Crypts.

Wow, they get ugly when they get big.
If it's called tourist season why can't I shoot them?
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

There's some forced perspective going on there. Wikipedia says they get up to 4.3 feet long. You'd guess it was twice that from the photo.
300 gallon mega tank: sailfin pleco, clown loaches, silver dollars, roseline sharks, congo tetras, new world cichlids
75 gallon community tank: bolivian rams, black skirt tetras, danios, bronze corys, harlequin rasboras, otos, bristlenose and bulldog plecos, assassin snails, various shrimp
60 gallon goldfish tank: fancy goldfish

Actually that looks like it is a Humpback Wrasse, aka Napoleon Fish and not a Humphead Parrotfish.

The Napoleonfish does get 6ft long(or more if you believe the report from Jacques Cousteau claiming to see one 12 to 15 ft long).

The head shapes are slightly different, but more noticeable is the difference in teeth.

interestingly both wrasses and cichlids are labroids. picture that big thing besides a shelldweller.
