    You need nothing special food-wise for platy fry to survive. Crushed adult flakes is fine. ANY adult food is fine.

    You have 24 fry, and 1 is not doing well? Humanely euthanize if necessary, you'll have 24 more in a few weeks time.

    And 24 more in another few weeks.

    Maybe inbreeding........I don't own a male platy, so she's getting pregnant on stored up sperm.

    Ok may just be a deformed one or came out wrong when born. When I first breed mosquitofish 2 fry came out at once and one was backards.
