Thread: Ozonizer and REDOX?

I've thought about using it, but I'm always worried about the potential clog that would occur, requiring more maintenance. That's also why the Ozonizer was appealing to me, rather than the in-line UV sterilizer I have. I hate having so much tech in the tank, but I'd hate for something to go wrong on an in-line unit.
Any thoughts on that? You or your friend ever notice clogging or impeded flow? Might be worth a shot. I hate the look of bubbles in the tank, too.

I've been using that diffuser for CO2 for about a year now without any problems. I have not even cleaned it yet, but I will most likely clean in sometime in the next few months when I clean out my canister filter lines, just to be safe. I don’t think these diffusers would require any more cleaning as compared to the canister filter water linesIf you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Ok, that's good to know. Thanks Cliff. =] Maybe I'll give that a shot.
