Discus are "tough" but as long as you do you research and keep good water quality from what Sandz and ms judijetson have said they aren't too bad

After owning a 55 and 75 I could never go back to a 55 lol. Eventually that extra 6" of room will be too much of a temptation lol

When I move back to Boise in a year or so, we are buying a house and here comes the 150ish gallon range :)

This is roughly my final stocking plan(minor tweaks). I know the red tail shark is not suppose to be with alot of these fish but I have had him for 3 weeks and there is 0 issues with aggression. Again tank is planted and a ton of hiding spots. Also I have read the angel fish will eat my neon tetras, what I may do is get a smaller Angel and raise it up with the tetras and if that doesn't work then I will rid them all together. Any input on the final stocking would be awesome.

I was told this when I first started... Simplify... Don't have so many species, that can cause problems. I would do something like this

Rts (if you really want to but I would)
    2 angels
1 school of hatchets (not sure but angels might bother them)
    1 school Cory's
1 school tetra of some sort
