Thread: Breeding tank

    Default Breeding tank

I am planning on using this setup to breed Ancistrus. I will be adding several rocks in a cave formation as well as some pvc pipe. At the moment though I am waiting for the tank to become stable.

The filter had to be turned off for about 5 days so I need my bacteria to grow again. The tank contains brand new gravel, plants and driftwood.

    Any opinions/suggestions...

I believe that it should also be possible to breed Pearl Gouramis at the same time

Do you have experience breeding gourami? They need some relatively specific conditions

I did suceed once in a 60l aquarium. I've done a fair bit of research into it.

Hoping that double the water volume will keep them happier.
