I have a dual t5h0 fixture, does it make sense to have 6000k and 10,000k bulbs together?

some people claim that causes algae growth, others claim its better for plant growth. i for one am in the favor of it promotes algae growth. i would look for dual 6500K-7000K bulbs. i know some people have good luck with 10kk bulb and the redish "growth" bulb. the idea is the 10kk has a higher blue peak and the the growth bulb has a large red spike. since plants dont use the green spectrum it makes no sence to have too much of it. this makes a high par yield watt/watt but thats all theory to me cause i havent tried it.

I have always got the best results from 6700K bulbs
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Thanks for the input :) I've had some great results with the 10,000k bulb in the few weeks I've had it, only seeing brown diatom algae this far
