I have about 2 dozen almost 3 week old fry still in the tank with their parents. The adults just spawned again, should I remove the fry now or leave them in longer? Thanks

I have several rounds of molly fry in a tank together, so there is no issue in there together as far as that goes, just have to keep in mind your filtration if you don't pull them out eventually either rehoming or donating to a LFS.
    Current tanks:
37G FW - 3 Pearl Gourami, 4 Black Mollies, approximately 20+ Molly Fry, 5 Assassin Snails | 10G Planted FW - 14 Molly Fry, rocks, DW and an Anubias Nana - journal

You can safely move the older fry into another tank.
