one of my TB's had been missing for a couple of days , I found him this morning on the floor behind the standApparently he got unlucky enough to find just the right spot and out he was . He was the second in command of the tank and also the second largest of the school. They're in a 30gallon 3ft tank , do you think I could up the number in school up to 15 and them not be overcrowded , if not , how many would be max. for 30gallon lightly planted , sand sub. , and rock caves?ask ?'s and change some water pair of JD's and loving it.

Sorry about losing the Tiger barb.
Do have all barbs in the tank and nothing else? If so, you'd be okay with 15 imo. You'd be pushing it but as long as you do your weekly w/c's you should be fine.30 g FW planted:corys, female ABNP, blue angel, harleys, zebra danios, rummies, mystery & assassin snails
15 g FW planted:2 male guppies, neons, pygmy corys, clown pleco, 4 types of shrimp, mystery & assassin snails
90 g FW planted:congos, rainbows, roseline sharks, kribs, male ABNP, peppered cories, assassin snailss
