I find it interesting that we preach humane conditions for fish, but you have your dog in a spiked choke chain? Granted, I don't know his behavioral issues...but maybe you could discuss this choice?
They do look otherwise happy and healthy. :)
20 gallon with a male betta, neons, glowlights, and red cherry shrimp. (work in progess) Recently added a few LIVE plants and driftwood, Woooohoooo!

That's a training collar. It aids in the prevention of dogs going haywire and eating your face.

Literally the first sentence ends with "with improving behavior issues." What we should discuss is your attention to detail.

Let's not get off topic or be judgemental - good looking kids - Pits are my favorite breed. When I retire and my cats have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I will adopt one.
75 gal - Smudge Spot Cories, Silvertip & Pristella Tetras, Scissortail & Red Tail Rasboras, Pearl Gourami, Black Kuhli Loaches, Whiptail Cats, Wild Caught BNP
Dual 29 gals - Diamond Tetras. Harlequin Rasboras, Bloodfin Tetras
10 Gal - Mr. Betta's Fishy Paradise

And maybe you should note I did acknowledge the fact that he mentioned behavior issues.
I was wondering if the dog had a violent past...like a rescue dog? Most dogs...even pits....don't need such a rough collar unless they were trained to be violent and need to be rehabilitated. I apologize to MCHRKiller if I seemed too harsh, but I was curious what the circumstances were surrounding the collar.
