had I known that the water here was sooooo good, believe me I'd still have that tank. feel horrible that I let it go especially knowing its fate.

Good Morning Cindy! It's great to see you back here, we did miss you a lot. Sounds like you've achieved a really nice balance with your 29 gallon tank, glad to here pearl is doing well. It's a great feeling when a tank reaches that balance you've been striving for.
Sorry to hear about the 90 but it's out of your control now. Any plans for a new tank?

thanks Larry. No plans for a new tank at this time. Frankly, I'm loving this low maintenance gig I've got going on here :o) If I start hanging out here too much again, however, I might just get the bug and start thinking about another tank. I'd give anything to have my 90 back but to start up a 90 again from scratch seems a bit overwhelming. Sure would have loved knowing how it would have done with this water though. Oh well. Can't look back :o)

I know the feeling. It really is OK to just enjoy the 29. I've got just the 30 now, I sold my 29, the stand and all.

Yes it is. And we really do enjoy the tank. Even my hubby says hello to Pearl every morning LOL Of course her tank is in his den where we have morning coffee and catch up on the news so she gets lots of morning attention.
