    Question gray thing on fin?

    0 Not allowed!
ok so I've had my male betta for about 3 years now and he has had swim bladder disease and pop eye I treated the swim bladder with peas and the pop eye with api betta fix but now he has some weird gray coloring and swelling around the spot that his tail fin meets his body on the bottom I can't get another tank but I can't treat my tank because I just got some snails and put some betta fix in there and the smaller one started to move really slow so I didn't put any more in but the grayness and swelling got better after I put some BF in there so should I put up my little 1/2 gallon tank with an air pump to treat him or just leave it alone none of my other fish have gotten anything so I guess it's not contagious. PLESE HELP

    Hey everyone,
I was contacted through PM by aquariumlover10 because he was having problems posting pics of the gray spot on his betta, so he e-mailed the pics to me to post for him, so here they are. I am unsure what this spot is, so can any of you betta experts please help out the OP and give your opinions on what this might be?

    That looks like lymphocystis.
People say if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all... Then they wonder why am I so quiet.
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
A moderator on a fish forum should be able to identify an oscar... Don't you think?
