I noticed today that I have 2 (out of 6) neons doing slight head stands. This was after feeding this morning. I researched a bit and found a thread that mentioned the same activity and was contributed to feeding of flake food. They are otherwise healthy, and I have noticed it is not as obvious as it was a couple of hours ago. Are there any other possibilities out there?

Neons will "rest" head down. When I had them years ago, I often found them in this position when I turned my tank lights back on each morning. If their color is good, they eat vigorously, and are otherwise behaving normally, I wouldn't worry about it.
When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Dear naps, sorry I hated you so much when I was a child... Love me

I could cut down on feeding, sure. I usually feed in the morning. Sometimes in the evening but lightly. I wasnt too worried, but it never hurts to check around. Thanks....

Its so interesting to hear stories and experiences of other fish owners. I spend much time here, just learning and looking..

All is well now...so I will try food that sinks quickly and see if it makes a difference.
