Spotted or regular?
I got my rubberlip from the store a while ago, However I was looking tonight and there are two types of rubberlips, Spotted and regular ... which one is mine? And are there care differences?

It almost look like a spotted pleco from your pics. The below links might help you to confirm this. That would be the first step to figure out if there is a difference or not in the care required

well if he is a spotted I have literally nowhere to put him ... all my tanks are kept too warm ... I could bring down my convicts tank but I know that convict will get aggressive with age.
it looks like its a spotted rubberlip according to most sites ... Its odd they had them mixed with their regulars
