Fish diseases are not a strong point for me, but just try to make a note of the exact size of it and keep a close eye for it spreading, growing or showing up on other fish. I know, as impossible as it can be to get one, that a picture would help as well.
Someone who knows more on that front will probably come along and tell you how worried to be.

I do not believe making this many wc's is necessary. It is good that you did one when detecting trouble tho. If water parameters are good, why do daily changes.
From time to time, I spot a similar spot on my Danios. Every time, they end up going away. In the mean time, I would maybe add API Melaflex as a remedy/preventive measure. It should clear up.

I don't want to use meds unless I have to. I am doing the water change as my first option for treatment. All I have been reading is that water changes are the best treatment to try first.
40 gallon FW -1 male halfmoon betta named Max, 2 GBR's (Peter and Lois) who better clean up their act, 11neon tetras (damn GBR's killed one), 12 black neon tetras, 2 assassin snails, and 1 albino BN pleco named Tiberius.

What I suggested is not technically a med. it is also used as a preventative option when adding new fish to your tanks to prevent a bacterial/fungal infection (which you may have present),
Check out the information on the remedy here.

Water changes won't hurt anything. They are a great first step if you are concerned about illness.
