My Appreciation of this forum
I just wanted to say, being part of this forum has been nothing but a pleasure.
Sure some of us may disagree on things, but it remains civil and an enjoyable place to be.
The MODs and William do a great job running this, ask for our input and make it a fun environment.
Dealing with a few other forums and the overall just lack of community (no pun intended) on those sites is what really sets this place apart. I feel like I can come on here and talk about anything whether its fish related or not and still get responses and have a good time.
Another site I'm on, I could post that I'm starting a 500g build and I might get 1 or 2 responses and nothing else. Here, if I did that.. well we'd hit that 750 post goal pretty quick
Just wanted to thank everyone, William, the Mods, and all the members for making this place what it is.
Har.. I mean Triton

10 Gallon To Be Planted Freshwater - 14 Molly Fry, rocks, driftwood and an Anubias Nana - work in progress - clicky for journal

I too must agree on how much fun and how much help there is on this site. My 3rd anniversary on this Forum is coming up in March, I've learned so much and hope I have helped folks out as well. I've also had a lot of laughs via chatterbox. I will be honest that I don't contribute on posts made where the answers are in the stickeys. The basics have been covered thoroughly and I guess I'm just bored with these posters. While I notice some folks have moved on and I miss em a lot, Aeon, Fiddy, Scotishfish, ILMGB, LadyHobbs Hockeyhead and others, we have wonderful new folks stepping up and helping and contributing to my amusement in Chatterbox that's keeping my laughing. Thanks everyone for making this such a fun place to be part of.Life is tough, it's even tougher if your stupid.

Very well said Triton and the main reasons why I've been here for 6 years. When in doubt, do a water change.

Agreed, Chris! I'm on several different aquarium forums, in addition to a couple of other non-related forums, and it's just not the same. Everyone here is absolutely fantastic and it feels like an extended family, unlike the other "communities" that don't feel very neighborly at all. Hell, many of us are on a first name basis (of course it's easy with me, but you get my meaning). I really wish the people here were in a local Aquarium Club, because I'd much rather chill/talk with you guys rather than the local yokels.
Here's to AC and the awesome post!

Yea it'd be great to get to have actual beers with you guys. But such is life.
I'll admit, I'm horrible with names, so usually I don't remember everyone's but I'm getting better at it lol
