I finally got a new home for my 2 yellow labs. A new 55 gallon tank.

Can you offer suggestions of tank mates for yellow labs?

    thanks

Not very knowledgeable with african cichlids, but I know that they are one of the most peaceful mbuna and that should be considered. I've heard that they go well with rusty cichlids, iodotropheus sprengerae, another fairly peaceful mbuna.

More yellow labs, lol. Also Acei do well with them.
check out "cookie cutter mbuna" set ups and you will get lots of ideas for successful stocking.
