    I have till Fiday to tell my boss my decision, these guys can give me work for 5 weeks so I'm kind of leaning towards leaving permanently .

    Good luck with the decision, Lee. From the way you've been talking about it, I think you'll be a lot happier once you've left. Like Matt said, life's too short and you never know what kind of opportunities are laying in wait for you, once you've made this decision.
